ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON
Tuesday 12TH NOVEMBER 2019 AT 8.00PM

MINUTES
1. The President declared the meeting open AT 8pm and said that the notice convening the
meeting had been sent to all member clubs on 11th October 2019. delegates were in attendance.
2. Minutes Silence
A minutes silence was observed by the meeting for all members who have passed away in the period since the last AGM.
3. Opening Address
President Nigel Findlay thank you for everyone for everything they’ve done this year, congratulations to all trophy winners and runners up, lovely to see everybody at finals day. Lets enjoy what we have, this is one of the best leagues out of all the others, you wont get a better league, hope everyone enjoys next season, Christmas and New Years, looking forwards to the new season.

8. Application from Heathfield to join weekend league.

9. Hon. Secretary’s Report
Thank you everyone for your support this year, thanks to the other members of the committee for all their hard work this year. Nothing really to report this year.
10. Hon Treasurer’s Report
We have no treasurer, however ive attempted to keep up to date with monies paid in and out. It was decided that once elected the new treasurer would open a new bank account with Metro Bank based in Wimbledon, this was due to the opening times available. The signatories would be the Treasurer and 1 other member of the committee who would be willing to stay as a signatory on the account.
11. Hon. Match Secretary’s Report
No matches were scheduled so nothing to report.
12. Hon. League Secretary’s Report
Richard – Welcome to the weekend league Heathfield, thank you to everyone for emailing their results on time, winners mid week, Raynes Park, Heathfield bottom and subsequently relegated. Promoted to division 2 Bolingbroke, Winners weekend league Wimbledon Park.
13. Hon. Competition Secretary’s Report
Thank you to Streatham Park, well run day ,thank you for results in on time, only had to chase a couple of people. If results aren’t given in on time you will be thrown out of the competition. Congratulations to all winners and finalists. Presentation night will be held at Heathfield in the new year.

15. Vote of thanks to Retiring Officers.
President Nigel Findlay passed on his thanks for the work of the committee, wonderful year to for him.
16 Election of Officers
The committee that was willing to continue was voted en bloc.
With Nigel Findlay (Streatham Park) taking over as Past President, and Daisy Leach (Belmont) moving to President. Election of new presidential officers are as follows Barbara Payne (Heathfield) Senior Vice President, Barry Willingham (WimbledonPark) Junior Vice President, Richard Foot was duly proposed and elected at Treasurer.

17. Close of Meeting
Meeting was closed at 21.15pm
